Default The Incredibles

I went to see the incredibles last night. My thoughts, its for kids and boys. I didn't enjoy it all that much. It may not have helped that I was very tired and it didn't start until 9.15pm.

I enjoyed the little cartoon (Similar style to what was before finding nemo) more than the movie itself.

The movie theatre is great. I went to the new one at Botany town centre. It is a Berkley Cinema and its clean, the seats are confortable, you can get Moritz icecream. They have a circle lounge with teh lazy boy chairs and meals can be provided etc. I have booked in with a friend to do the lazy boy thing on Firday night for the phantom of the opera. their number 1 screen is the biggest screen in NZ.

On a side note with the incredibles, there were some funny parts, and my friend (who I went with to keep him company) really enjoyed it. It just wasn't for me.

The theatre sounds wicked Penny. Love the idea of lazing in a lazy boy to watch a movie.

I too am a fan of Finding Nemo, Monsters Inc and Shrek 1 & 2. Ice Age was okay but not as funny as the others in my opinion. The Little Mermaid was one of my fave movies too - I actually went to see it at the movies a few years ago with a friend - the kids in the theatre didn't appreciate us singing along with the movie but I considered it payback for all those times I was trying to watch a movie and a kid would start screaming

Berkley Cinemas are freakin' cool.

I loved the Incredibles. Way the superior movie in my opinion, and Filthy agrees with me.
