Nice morbid topic for a monday morning I see.
I think I would be able to, but would probably try very hard to avoid eating the brain, due to prions and the possibility of contracting KJD.
This would of course, be after I had eaten my wallet, shoes, belt, any cotton items, the carpet..basically anything edible that wasn't essential to survival in another way.
Actually, being me, I could probably whip up quite an appetising dish.
