Lance & Heather Benseman run this tour and Lance is absolutely brilliant - he knows all the winemakers really well so you get to test wines that aren't normally on the taste test ... you also get to lunch at Gibbston valley too which is absolutely yum.
Depending on how much time you've got you might want to take a trip out to Arrowtown coz it's really lovely out there and a trip on the Earnslaw out to Walter Peak station is a good one too.

Thanks for the sites, our travel person has given me a brocure on that hotel as well so we're going to look into that. And the wine trail looks IDEAL (not that I'm a lush or anything
