Breakfast is one of the things I mostly order from the room service menu. Who can be arsed having to get dressed to go have brekkie when you could stay in your room and eat it in bed? Ridiculous. Definitely send your feedback form in. I used to work quite closely with the Heritage Hotels management staff and they like to hear feedback from anyone (good or bad).

Easily one of the best hotels in Queenstown. Make sure you ask for a lakeview room though!

Lance & Heather Benseman run this tour and Lance is absolutely brilliant - he knows all the winemakers really well so you get to test wines that aren't normally on the taste test ... you also get to lunch at Gibbston valley too which is absolutely yum.

Depending on how much time you've got you might want to take a trip out to Arrowtown coz it's really lovely out there and a trip on the Earnslaw out to Walter Peak station is a good one too.
