Erm, perhaps the last part of this thread should be in Nasty?

Anyhoooo ... so it's doing the job okay? The swelling is going down? I don't know if we have that sort of thing in NZ. Never really needed it. Well I did actually need something like that once, after a dancefloor accident, someone spilt their drink and I twisted my ankle when I slipped on it - I was soooo tanked up though that I didn't really notice the pain and kept going until the wee smalls of the morning. At about 4.00am I decided it was time to go home and noticed my ankle was a bit sore. The next morning I woke up and I could barely move it. I certainly couldn't walk on it. I had absolutely no sympathy from my boyfriend at the time so I just had to grin and bear it.
