I used to be Goalie in hockey, and was grateful for all the padding etc... I hate being goalie in soccer, I play 5-aside in summer and you are meant to stand in this goal, with no padding or anything, and let these guys shoot the ball at you. Theres this one team they can be standing like 2 metres from you and still belt it. Ok so maybe I am just a wuss. | I played hockey in High School. Was the Captain of the girls 1st XI team. I mostly played fullback but sometimes would play in the halves or even the forwards depending on how bad my hangover was on the day!
Hockey is a great game. |
