They got caught because when they came to do the editing to put the show on TV the sound guys noticed there was a higher than usual audience sound they were having to quiet down or edit out or whatever...
It was quite interesting, if it wasn't for that they would have pulled it off. |
Yeah I remember hearing about that Penny.
There was a huge fuss about it. I also remember the one when the contestant got the answer right but they told him he was wrong. I can't remember what the question was now but I think from memory there were two right answers. They ended up bringing him back on the show (he was up to about 120k I think) to finish the game off - he didn't win the million though.
