Default re: Do you stop and talk to people on the street?

It definitely depends on who the person is.

Almost every time I go into the city I bump into old workmates from a company that I never liked being at. The people there were really awful. BUT, if they see me on the street they always come up to me and ask how everything is going. I hardly spoke to these people when I worked there, why on earth would I want to talk to them now?

I've stopped going into Smith & Caugheys around lunchtime now because that's where I normally get trapped ....

I have in some instances (normally when I'm grocery shopping) tried to avoid people so I don't have to talk to them. I remember not long ago that Kall and I were hiding from some guy that I once knew (my best friend's ex boss) so I didn't have to say hello ... it was quite amusing.
