Yes it was a rip off.
He got it through eBay. Sight unseen. IMO very foolish.
Again, I do not know the price. If it was more than 2K, robbery occured.
I think the next thing it needs are new rings and maybe an engine overhaul.
There is no way the machine could have passed the smog control check for which the guy had current paper. |
