thanks tazjet, i already did make a complaint to the H&D commisioner. I must remain calm and factual like you say. i have my husband and a health advocate coming with me. i am not going to start crying!!! i will let you know how i got on, my husband says he won't let them trash me like they did in their response to my first complaint. i read some of the cases been brought before the H&D commission - it seems to me always people like the elderly, the mentally ill, the intellectually disabled that have problems. i am not just doing this for myself but for others to who can't speak for themselves. at least i can do this. i am going to be strong!!
