Stick to facts and write them down for your self and others. Breack them down and number the aspects of your complaint like:
(1) They didn't do this
(2) person X said this
(3) When so and so happened person x would not do this
Get them to respond to each point factually. Take along a friend or advocate. Don't let them set the agenda. You tell them you want your answers responded to in an appropriate and meaningful manner or you will go to the Health and Disability commissioner's office, |
