My suggestion for a nice rural town where there is no gang problem is far to the south at Te Anau where house prices are low, but soon to boom on account of a n airport development. Tourism offers employment opportunity for locals.
Re Wairoa you should ask yourself why so many "nice" houses are on the market there ?
Come and see this country first and understand the places, their issues and whether they offer real employment options ? |
