Just sent the following email out to the webmaster@ all of the domains I found one runboard linking from:

This messageboard site allows people to choose emoticons from a box. Most of these are hotlinked to other sites, including yours.

You would have to register to see this for sure, but check your referrer logs and you will see what I mean.
