Kia Ora, we are Mark and Jeanett from Stafford in the UK, we are intending to move to
NZ later on in the year (07) to somewhere in Hawkes Bay (haven't picked an exact spot to settle just yet). We found this site quiet by accident, while researching our forthcoming trip to
NZ in Febuary, so thought we'd say 'hello' to you all and see if anyone could give us any sound advice about general life in
NZ and more importantly, in completing that all important
NZ Immigration (which has been a total nightmare so far of beaurocratic 'red-tape' and dead-end searches).
We would look forward to hearing any and all comments, especially from UK ex-pats who have already been through the Immigration 'mill' and made it out in one piece at the other end or anyone who has any helpful tips about gaining employment in the Hawkes Bay region.
