We have a smoke-free policy in the workplace but we can smoke in the basement when it's raining. So far nobody has asked us not to and they provide us with sand-trays for our cigarette butts.
I'd be really PO'd if they said we couldn't smoke there because there's nowhere else to go if it's raining. |
