Default Sth Pacific fishing moves blocked by Northern hemisphere countries
Northern hemisphere countries have blocked a moratorium on bottom-trawling in the South Pacific. There are now worries at the prospect of Dutch and Irish 'super-trawlers' coming to exploit South Pacific fisheries.
