I was in the navy with a guy who was from so far back in the hills that births and deaths were only registered occasionally.

We are on a cruise. Our yacht of choice was an 898 foot long Aircraft Carrier smelling of burning kerosene.

We shopped in Hong Kong and my friend bought 5 one ounce bottles of Chanel #5 perfume. Real perfume. I ask about the purchase. He had bought one bottle for his sister on the last cruise and it was so good it lasted almost a week! They were for his sister but she could have only one a month.

I still wonder, not often, but occasionally, what the hey whe was doing with it.
