I've contacted the hotel and they're saying they are going to have to charge us for the full amount for the function because they need 7 days notice if you want to cancel a booking. Idiots. I'm not cancelling it, I'm postponing. They better watch out or they will lose my business if they act like this.
The person I am dealing with is new so obviously doesn't know the history of our company and their hotel. |
