NZ is currently running a competition. It's all about 'Good old Kiwi Ingenuity'...come up with some new idea, doesn't matter how wild, as long as nobody has thought of it before.
You can enter over the Internet at
www.vodafone.co.nz/wildideas. All that’s required is 250 words or less outlining your idea.
Seven regional competitions are being held with a winner to be selected from each region* by a panel of judges, including a “wild” local celebrity. Each local winner will receive a prize package, including a Vodafone live! GX30 mobile, $500.00 cash, $200.00 Vodafone airtime and assistance from their local incubator to gauge feasibility of their idea.
They will then compete for the National Vodafone Wild Ideas prize, which includes a trip to anywhere in the world that inspires the winner most to the value of $8,000.00, $2,000.00 to use as spending money, $1,000.00 Vodafone airtime and $2,000.00 worth of their local incubators services to get advice on developing the Wild Idea further.
