What?

HIV is a completely different disease to cancer.

Also, most cancers are quite different to each other. For instance - Melanoma - it can be aggressive, the best way to cure it is to cut it out (where possible) and chemotherapy will only produce positive results in 15% of patients. BUT generally it causes no pain.

Not quite sure what you mean by asking if HIV can be cured by human? The only way HIV can be cured is by preventing catching it altogether.
