Mmmmm....

250g softened butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup cornflour (cornstarch)
250g chocolate chunks

Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
Cream butter and sugar well.
Mix in flours.
Knead in chocolate bits with hands.
Make into balls and press semi-flat with 2 fingers.
Bake at 150 C for 20-30 mins.
If they go brown, they're overcooked...but still yum.
