President of Azerbaijan has sent a message of congratulations on Waitangi Day to prime minister of New Zealand Helen Clark. In the message, the Azerbaijani leader expressed hope that the cooperation established between the Azerbaijan and New Zealand would steadily serve the two people’s welfare.
