But back to drugs.

A pusher, or most likely a group of pushers will cultivate a group of users. Sometimes the users can afford to purchase the drugs but often they must resort to illegal means to gain the money.

Prostitution, theft (personal, home, auto), it does not matter, the drug buyer will "need" the money and will get it.

Victim levels are put into the equation.

The equation is supply and demand. Once the demand is cultivated, the supply will meet it, at any risk.

At what point do we, the public, say "enough".

Erm i did say that i thought the death sentence is understandable in cases where rehabilitation is not possible i.e sociopaths and that is what a molester is.
