that sucks, I don't think they can do that can they? Like if you don't get the job and it is the same as what your job currently is, I don't think its legal. But then I don't really know.
It must be that time of year, cos a mate of mine is going through it at the moment, they are changing things around and he has to reapply for a job. But apprently its a good thing cos he will get a different title and a better one, and so he can get paid more, and hes not worried, so I am trying not to be for him.
