Most of the computers I work on, the only junk they have are the search bars that have infested IE... and once you remove those, the pop ups are gone...

It's just what I use most of the time, I'm sure there are a bunch of other good ones out there, I've had a few bad experiences with the ones that just go in and remove a bunch of stuff... (atleast it wasn't my computer hehe)
