1 size 18 Chicken
4 Potatoes
1 Kumara (sweet potato)
1 large Carrot
garlic paste
herbs to season.
Preheat oven to 180C/350F, clean chicken.
Cut holes in skin and push garlic paste in under skin.
Put in oven dish and season chicken liberally.
Put in Oven.
Wait half an hour.
Turn chicken over.
Peel vegetables. Chop into pieces. Lightly coat in olive oil. Season. Place around chicken. Place tray back in oven.
Wait one hour.
Turn chicken.
Wait until you can't wait any more. (maybe another 20 mins).
