My water/culvert story involves a massive amount of rain up north, a newly-created lake on outr property, and me inside a blocked cuilvert with a railroad spike (6 ft long pole of metal).
Dad was standing on the bank above the blockage, trying to work it clear, and I was attacking it from inside the culvert.
There was a very scary sucking noise, and I backed out of the culvert and off to the side just in time to avoid an Indiana Jones-style torrent of water come blasting out. |
