well, I used to work in the service industry so now when I don't get top service I feel the need to complain. I used to have hotel GM's ask me to let them know if their service was good or bad because often something may happen (good or bad) and they're not told about it, I always made sure I'd give them feedback and they would appreciate it.
But yeah, absolutely zero tolerance for bad service now. Sometimes I don't complain at the time (because I hate to think of what they're doing to my food when I do complain) so I save it and write a letter to them the next day.
