As I am off a farm as well, I do not believe in the complete blame falling on the parents shoulders as all those with kids well know, it only takes a couple of seconds for children to disappear! The children obviously knew how to ride the motorbike. I just really feel for the father and believe that he will suffer enough knowing that he was in charge of the vehicle that killed his two sons!
