Depends on what's causing the down's and the type of down, but mine is usually the beer/ Wine. Get absolutely smashed, which lets you rationally think about the problems and get soom really good/ funny answers.
You wake up the next morning feeling like a dog, but as the hangover wears off so it takes away the down's.......especially when you start remembering the stupid stuff you came up with!!
