I remember seeing this story on the news a while back. The father kidnapped the daughter because he didn't want the mother to take the baby back to Wales. Apparently the custody battle they had wasn't fair to him so he snatched the baby and demanded a fair custody trial which I'm assuming they've had now?
I can't really comment on who should have the baby. I can understand that they both want the baby but what should be considered is what is best for the child. Where will the child be best looked after? |
