An extremely sad story.

Who was watching the kids though? They were aged 7 and 5 ... who was watching them? Dad wasn't coz he was out on the road. So where was Mum? I have two nieces aged 8 and 5 and there's always someone keeping an eye on them.

The two boys were told not to go on the road. Where was Mum when they jumped on the bike and headed out on the road?
