How about a box-seat for the crucifixion?

Did you work out what was special about the shadows yet? I'll answer that one myself, since I just noticed what's also wrong with them (they're huge, way too big).

They grow very slowly - sun-setting styles. The nifty thing about the terrain technique used there is you can put all sorts of marks and shadows and stuff all over the terrain. I could draw them on when it's first loaded for a quick, permanent effect, or could have dynamic ones like the shadows. Time for some sunset-tinting I think.

This means blood-splatter, bodies, footprints, etc. I can probably whack up some water animations at some point too.

I am far too excited by this. Not healthy.
