As for Service uptake unless you are a computer geek, most poeple don't understand modem speeds that have been round for ages, and so they don't get its fast and good. then they don't really know the difference. It comes down to "You can't miss what you don't know"

so apart from the computer geeks of this world most people don't realise the benefits to them, and are unlikely to pay extra for the service. What you need to do is to take Dial Up away, or make it just as expensive (just say its "aging technology" and expensive to keep running and then people will hook up to the faster internet services and then the companies will get the money they need to increase their services in the country.
