A Roman tablet said on Monday it had fired a reporter for making up a story about a couple who named their son Chunder as a sign of gratitude for meeting over the vomitorium.

Rome daily Liberterium published a story this month saying two Romans had named their baby for the popular pastime of purging food, and produced a picture of his birth certificate on the side of an amphora. The news was published throught the empire, including by Reuterisimus.
