Thats how it should be I reckon Sparkly Gal....

I think hes just annoyed that he had this wonderful idea that the whole team could be off when he is and if he told people they would do it. Only one person is co-operating in the team, and that is only because it suits her.

He even tried to get one of the operators to take leave a tthe time, and he turned around and said "So you want me to take annual leave, but still effectively be on standby, and therefore can't do anything that is more that 15 mins from work, get off" haha.
