The Republican methodology creeps me out. But then, strange things are happening in America on all levels.

Last week a 10 year old girl was taken out of class, handcuffed and arrested and spent the day in jail as set out by school policy. During a standard bag-search they found the paper scissors, which have a 2 inch blade. The girl has been suspended and will possibly be expelled.

I would personally venture that this is your first conclusive proof that America will come to resemble the horror depicted in stories like 1984 and more recently Equilibrium and Half-Life 2. The gradual pacification and opression of your population.

If anyone tries this here I suggest we could start considering taking the extreme action I was bagging last month and have ourselves a civil war. I hope as a country we're never faced with this sort of self-destructive stupidity though.
