My faltmate is working late, call from teh afterhousr call centre "We are having problems logging calls".... He investivgates, finds they are using the "test" database or "development" database, he rings them up to tell them, and I hear this line.. "No thats the test database, thats what the word test means"

I mean for goodness sake... why would you enter anything into a database where it is called "test" ! it made me laugh anyway!

They now have to re key every service request, for the last two days, and no emergency service requests have been completed at all.

One does also wonder why the contractor didn't go "hey thats strange we've had no serivce requests for a couple of days" either!
