However the abuse has been coming from the computer you use, and the person involved is reportedly in a relationship or close friends with you.

You have also indicated that it is your ISP account which the misuse is coming from, if this is the case then I suggest you read your ISP's terms and conditions as you are indeed responsible for any use of your ISP account.

However the key factor is that your continued use of NZDating acts as a catalyst to your 'partner' or 'friend' who is misusing the service, and consiquently your own continued use of NZDating is not in the best interests of NZDating.

We have made no claims that you have personally misused NZDating, however there is clearly the possibility that someone you are friendly with or in a relationship with has access to your account so abuse may be taking place with your account.

Providing your contact details apon request is a condition that you use NZDating on, we are entitled to request this information at any stage of any member, given the situation where your ISP account/computer has been used to misuse NZDating it is not an unreasonable request.

Your choice is to provide this contact information or remove your account and halt any further use of NZDating.

When you read this email as per our terms of use, you need to either provide this contact information immediately, or alternatively remove your account and halt use of NZDating.

If you fail to provide this information we will have no further choice but to suspend your account without further notice.

Please also note that given this is likely to be an ongoing situation with no immediate outcome we reiterate that you may not pay for further Gold membership until further notice, any payment will be subject to a $10 administration fee before we return your payment.

I suggest you have words to the person who has created this issue rather than misdirecting any anger at NZDating. All we are doing is protecting our service from misuse in all possible ways and remove any possible reasons for their continued desire to be part of NZDating.
