Well I’m fucked, spent all day making my house look like a million dollars for the Real Estate guys appraisal but ya know what? I think it worked cuz when I opened the door to him his eyes lit up and nearly fell outa his head! That’s a good sign no????
Anyway he walked in and my son goes to me…”eww Mum stop perving”. And I was like…”get real you idiot!” I soooo was not perving at this 6 ft 3, blonde haired, green eyed adonis who’d just walked into my house.
So he shakes my hand and goes…”hIIiiiii, I’m david”, and I was like…”hIIiii, I’m Raine”. Cept it came out as more of a giggle and squeak and …”hiimraine”. *gulp* Then I was like showing him round the house and he was checking out the cupboards and stuff and I was checking out his arse and we came to the bathroom and he says…”oh this is a nice shower”, and I say…”yea it is…ya want one”? Errrps….: blush: He turned bright red and I was like “Cuz they’re on special at Mitre 10”. Good save eh???? God I’m good!
Well I thought I was and only had my room left to show him and thought after that I’d offer him coffee. But he gets into my room, notices the single bed and goes…”Oh are you single?” And I’m like … “yes would you like a root?” (aaaarrrgh!)
“I mean…would you like a coffee? How do you take it?” *tries not to die on the spot or shrink into oblivion*
But he gets this huge grin on his face and goes…”Doggy-style”. Whoa! So we [too many letters] [too many letters] [too many letters] and then he goes…”I’ll take that shower now”, so we [too many letters] [too many letters] [too many letters] and that’s all good and he wants me to sign these papers about sole agency or stuff and I’m thinking, thinking, thinking and go to him….”hmmm, might check out some other
Real Estate agents first eh”? That’s wise no? But he gets this kinda grumpy arse look on his face…I guess he was disappointed he might lose business or something I dunno.
So yea…it’s been a really eventful day.
