Our lottery is slightly more pathetic than that but then we don't have as many people contributing to it. I'm sure the prize pot could be bigger though - if you win fifth division (you get 3 balls + the bonus ball) you get a measly $16 or thereabouts. Not really worth the cost of the ticket really.
