Looking for a place to live within Auckland that doesnt cost an arm and a leg...
Oh yes and it also needs to be a place that isnt infested with cockroaches, Isn't in a block of 30 other flats and just to be really demanding......

No worse! I have spent the weekend lifting cork tiles, etching and waterproofing a floor..... Did anyone else know bitumen doesnt wash off the hands easily

I can't offer any kind of advice or help here, but I would just like to say how great it is that people are posting things in the correct forums.

Yep... that dam Flintcoat is a bugger to get off your hands.... try a combination of turps and scratching the shit off.... and if you have it on any clothes... don't bother trying to clean them

The main trick is giving the water somewhere to go other than though your house (or in my case garage). I wouldn't like to think how many cubic metres of scoria I have put in drains I have dug around my house.
